This Course is a A Blueprint to Start and Scale a Dropshipping Business on Amazon Quickly & Easily.
Dropshipping (for those of you that don't know) is a form of a retail business anyone can start today where you're able to accept customer orders but don't have to stock any products or actually fulfill any orders yourself.
Basically...
You don't need to store any goods or have a warehouse
You don't need to spend any money on inventory up front
You don't need to spend your time shipping orders
Because...
You'll have already setup a supply chain from the manufacturer to the customer. And you'll simply be the "middle man" keeping a portion of the profit.
You have 0 risk because you ONLY purchase products/goods AFTER the customer has already paid you for them. So you KNOW you're making money on EVERY sale.
If you're still not 100% getting it, that's totally okay. We'll go in depth in the course so you fully understand it.
But Dropshipping on Amazon is so powerful because you can leverage the already high demand for products on Amazon and ONLY go after products you'll make money on.
This is also super scalable without much time invested on your part because the Course will walk you through how to use and setup a software stack that will do 90% of the work for you.

Somehow this got delivered to the wrong address. I'm currently on the phone with Fedex/UPS trying to figure out what exactly happened, but I've gone ahead and issued you a full refund on your order. Sorry for the inconvenience!
........
All they'll tell me is it's lost in transit and they're giving me a shipping credit. They've been losing lots of my packages lately. I'm guessing they're still catching up from the holidays or something. I've issued you a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Sure, you can return the item to our return warehouse listed below. When we receive the item, we'll issue you a full refund. Thanks!

We can't cancel this order unfortunately as it was already processed and sent out for shipment. We usually input tracking as soon as the package starts updating. Hope that helps and enjoy your week/weekend!
I just checked and it looks like I accidently input the wrong tracking number. I'm really sorry! My mistake! I mixed it up with another order. I've been getting a lot of these lately. Yours was delivered to that address on the order yesterday. I have listed the address below. I have also fixed your order and input the real tracking # into it (UPS 1Z621E301332496995). You should now be able to see it tracked to your house in Cascade CO. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

No need to ship it back. I just issued you a full refund. Hope it helps and enjoy your week/weekend!
Hey Lisa, This shows delivered on December 13th (shipped with ontrac - tracking # D10012865222235). Since it appears this was delivered to an apartment complex, if you haven't received it yet, I'd kindly suggest trying to check with neighbors or your building manager to see if anyone else received the package. Hope that helps!

We fully understand that major part of a delightful customer experience shopping online is for customers to know when they will receive their purchase. We completely agree the promise of knowing the exact delivery time and being able to plan for it, is just as relevant to customers as finding the right product and price. And we aim to meet that expectation 100% going forward.
The root causes that led to a lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate
· Our Seller account failed to stay above the valid tracking rate of 95% overall (especially in the Office Products category and Home category)
· Several of our orders had incorrect tracking numbers that had been mixed up with tracking numbers for other orders and incorrectly input.
· We take full responsibility for having an order processing system that failed to properly keep track of shipment tracking numbers. We were unprepared for a spike in orders and were still keeping track of everything manually at the time.
· We were testing out using new shipping carriers for some of our orders and we failed to input them correctly in our amazon orders when inputting their tracking. This led to a significant drop in our Valid Tracking Rate.
· We take full responsibility for not doing more to ensure we fully understood how to input all of our tracking numbers into Amazon orders properly.
The actions we have taken to resolve the lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate
· We have reviewed all the information Amazon provides on keeping our account’s Valid Tracking Rate metrics as high as possible by reviewing this page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201817070
· We have upgraded to an automatic inventory and order processing software. This means our tracking numbers will no longer get mixed up because we will no longer be manually keeping track of all our orders and tracking numbers to input. Instead, everything will be automatically kept so that we make no mistakes matching our tracking #s to the proper orders.
· We have also stopped using other shipping carriers (outside of UPS, USPS, and Fedex). We will stick to the main ones from now on so we don’t run into any issues inputting our tracking #s properly.
The steps we have taken to prevent a lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate going forward
· This will ensure that we prevent our Valid Tracking Rate from ever going lower than expected in the future. It is going up as we speak.
· We have also stopped using other shipping carriers (outside of UPS, USPS, and Fedex). We will stick to the main ones from now on so we don’t run into any issues inputting our tracking #s properly into future orders and our Valid Tracking Rate increases back to above 95% permanently.
Thank you. We understand that selling on Amazon is a privilege and we strive to provide the best service to Amazon customers. We kindly request to have our ability to sell in the toy category reinstated.
-- The root cause(s) of why the Drop Shipping policy violations happened.
· Our seller account violated Amazon’s dropshipping policy because we placed orders from a retail store and had those products shipped directly to Amazon’s customers using their boxes, invoices, etc…
· We made this mistake because we were out of inventory on certain products and were unable to fulfill our orders at the time. Therefore, we made the mistake of sending customers products that we didn’t have from other stores.
· We understand this is a violation of Amazon’s Dropshipping Policies and we will not make this mistake again.
-- The actions you have taken to resolve Drop Shipping policy violations.
· We have gone through and double checked all of our inventory levels and all of our stock to make sure what we have listed on Amazon we currently have and are able to fulfill from our warehouse only.
· We have also developed a plan to ship all of our current inventory into Amazon FBA so we don’t run into this inventory issue ever again.
· We have also read and 100% understand Amazon’s dropshipping policies now and we understand them. We will full heartedly never send Amazon customers products from retail stores/sites ever again. We will only ship our products into Amazon FBA and have Amazon send our products to customers.
-- The steps you have taken to prevent Drop Shipping policy violations going forward.

Thank you. We understand that selling on Amazon is a privilege and we strive to provide the best service to Amazon customers. We kindly request to have our selling account restored so we can continue to ship all of our products (remaining and future) into Amazon FBA.
