Диджитализация переводит маркетинг из режима off-line в режим on-line. Взаимодействие с потребителем, разработка товаров, ценообразование, дистрибуция и особенно маркетинговые коммуникации (реклама, связи с общественностью, стимулирование продаж) становятся быстрыми, индивидуальными, интересными, интерактивными. Традиционные off-line коммуникации также модернизируются, переходят в цифровую форму и становятся интерактивными и интересными. Цель онлайн курса – дать слушателям представление о цифровом маркетинге как о современном направлении развития маркетинга и о социальных сетях – как о новой платформе маркетинговых коммуникаций, на практических примерах и в упражнениях показать инструментарий цифрового маркетинга и продвижения в социальных сетях.
