Setting and enforcing personal boundaries is an important part of self-care. By prioritizing what matters most to you and making choices that align with your values and priorities, you can promote your overall wellbeing and cultivate a greater sense of balance and fulfilment in your life.

In this module, we will create a step-by-step guide for creating a personalized selfcare plan, including how to set realistic goals, develop a routine, make time for self-care, seek support, and adjust and refine the plan as needed.

In this module, we will explore a range of self-care techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine, including exercise, mindfulness, creative expression, time in nature, healthy eating, quality sleep, and social connection.

In this module, we will look at a range of self-care techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine, including exercise, mindfulness, creative expression, time in nature, healthy eating, quality sleep, and social connection.

Build and Maintain positive and healthy social supports

In this module, we will look at the importance of building and maintaining positive relationships, and explore strategies for prioritizing quality time, practicing active listening, being vulnerable, joining social groups, seeking support, and practicing gratitude.

Identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs

In this module, we will look at overcoming self-limiting beliefs, including how to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, practice self-compassion, reframe thoughts, take action, and seek support.

In this module, we will wrap-up the self-care workbook and cover options for you to practice your self care plan in the next 30 days to 6 months.
