In this module, we will create a step-by-step guide for creating a personalized selfcare plan, including how to set realistic goals, develop a routine, make time for self-care, seek support, and adjust and refine the plan as needed.

Build and Maintain positive and healthy social supports
In this module, we will look at the importance of building and maintaining positive relationships, and explore strategies for prioritizing quality time, practicing active listening, being vulnerable, joining social groups, seeking support, and practicing gratitude.
Identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs
