سيتعلم المشاركين أهم الأنشطة التي تتم أثناء تنفيذ التغير، وكيفية وضع وتطبيق قواعد لحوكمة التغيير تضمن تنفيذه بشكل منظم يمكن التحكم به، بالإضافة إلى معرفة كيفية إدارة الأشخاص والمجموعات المعنية بالتغيير من خلال تحديد أهدافهم وتوقعاتهم واحتياجاتهم التدريبية وتحليل مدى اهتمامهم وتأثيرهم في التغيير ووضع خطة لإشراكهم طوال مدة تنفيذ التغيير.
