Very good course so far though and I like it a lot.

I do have an small IT company and I wanted to see how a big company like Google does IT and it was happy to see that I am not so far off in my approach of solving IT problems.

Very good, very well explained, if a person has no idea of technology can perfectly adapt and learn from scratch I think its a great course so far.

For beginners, this is very ambitious but comprehensive introduction to Technical Support Fundamentals by Google employees who actually do that work.

I also liked the google virtual machine lessons that allowed me to work on Linux and learn how to build a computer without having to purchase expensive equipment.

Some lessons were good,some are bad.The most complete lesson with good instructor was lesson 6.The worst one was the part with hardware,many mistakes and bad final assessment part I had some difficulties in using the virtual machine system.

excellent course please fix the virtual machine stuff.

I had a little trouble getting used to some things like the virtual machine, but struggling with it was a helpful learning process too.

I wish I was able to get more practice and walkthroughs with the virtual machine exercises.

I'm withholding a star in my rating because the Virtual Machine assignments were a bit glitchy, but overall I an excellent introduction to certification.

However the Virtual Machine labs can be pretty hit or miss, and may require you to try multiple times to receive full credit.

Even though it has been awhile since I had any type of computer training the study habits and the drive to learn quickly kicked in and I wanted to strive harder to learn more.

Initially the way that the labs were saved and graded was a bit odd for me and even though I did finish my first labs on time they were not saved and graded.

Even though I knew most of the lessons before hand I still found these lessons as great refreshers here and there.

Even though they were short, they covered the essential information very concisely and clearly.

Even though I was already familiar with most of the material covered I felt the instructors were very thorough.

Even though I have some fundamental knowledge about IT, I can learn things from almost every minute in this course.

Great information and it is really easy to understand and follow up.I enjoyed every lesson, even though I had some experience doing it Great intro to computers course.

It is the best organized course an educational and a technical learning to create and prepare the next /prospective " IT Support Specialists " .

This was a great course to give you an overall understanding of what it takes to be an IT support specialist.
