A change management plan can be effective through practical implementation. Participants will learn in this course how to create a vision for change, formulate change management plans, and assemble a change management team. Also covered in the course are the dangers of making changes merely for the sake of making changes, how to deal with resistance to change from other people, and the value of communicating with stakeholders frequently and early.
Module 3: Evaluating Change
Successful change management initiatives are driven by a well-thought-out strategy that is effectively implemented. This course provides a practical approach to gaining insight into how change management leaders monitor, evaluate, and course correct for maximum results.
