Tema 1. Fundamentos de 6-Sigma
El término Seis Sigma se refiere a un enfoque metodológico de gestión de la calidad basado en conceptos estadísticos. Su concepción básica se centra en identificar y reducir la variación para mejorar la calidad de salida en una empresa; basado en datos, busca llevar la calidad de la organización a niveles próximos a la perfección, siempre con fundamentos estadísticos.

Tema 2. Filosofía Lean
En la segunda parte de este curso nos centraremos en conocer el Sistema de Producción Toyota, así como los principios de manufactura esbelta y finalmente también el poder identificar los 8 tipos de desperdicios.
Tema 3. Empresa LSS
Lean Six Sigma representa la fusión de las dos iniciativas de mejora más poderosas y populares de nuestros días. La implementación de Lean Six Sigma, les permite a las empresas acceder al poder de Lean y Six Sigma en una sola y coordinada iniciativa. Para las empresas resulta más fácil desarrollar un plan de acción cuando se trata de implementar solo una iniciativa a la vez. Sin embargo, al implementar Lean Six Sigma, la situación no resulta tan obvia. ¿Cómo usar las dos iniciativas juntas?, ¿cuál va primero?, ¿cuánto tiempo va a llevar?
