How do we make something as subtle and complex as Tai Chi easy to learn? After conducting thorough research, we discovered that many beginners struggle with things like:

How high should my hands be?

How far apart should my feet be?

How much should I turn my body or feet?

How do I shift my weight properly?

Most online courses don’t give you these specific details, but in our course, we take the extra step of providing precise measurements for every movement.

We use four different perspectives to teach Tai Chi, which you won’t find in traditional lessons. These perspectives are:

· Front View: Clearly showing the key movements and gestures, so you can easily grasp the main body positions.

About Master Wen Shengguo

The instructor guiding you through this course is Master Wen Shengguo, a Tai Chi expert, university professor, and  a Sixth-Dan (中国武术六段) in Chinese martial arts, which is an advanced and prestigious ranking in the Chinese martial arts grading system. He’s been practicing Tai Chi since he was 6 years old and has over 32 years of experience, with 18 years of teaching. Master Wen is also an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the science of human life, and he’s trained over 15,000 students in Tai Chi.

Master Wen emphasizes the importance of mastering the foundational movements in Tai Chi. Throughout his career, he’s seen many people develop bad habits and even injure themselves by neglecting the basics. But he’s also seen students who, by focusing on the fundamentals, have gone on to become excellent Tai Chi instructors.
