Durante estas semanas, te apoyaremos con actividades prácticas para que internalices los principios de la agilidad de PM4R Agile y los comportamientos esperados de cada uno de estos principios. A través de un autodiagnóstico podrás analizar el grado de agilidad que tienes de partida, tanto a nivel individual como de tu organización. De esta manera, podrás reforzar el conocimiento y práctica de los principios de la mentalidad ágil antes de aplicar los 5 pasos de la metodología PM4R Agile.
