Cette série de cours gratuits et en ligne porte sur la théorie musicale et sa mise en pratique à travers le solfège.

Les programmes de musique au niveau secondaire sont souvent axés sur le jeu d’ensemble laissant moins de place à la théorie musicale. De plus, avec les nombreux logiciels de musique disponibles, il est plus facile de créer de la musique sans maitriser et comprendre les mécanismes de la musique tonale. C’est donc se priver de toute la richesse des couleurs et des possibilités que celle-ci peut apporter. Que vous désiriez poursuivre des études en musique ou que vous soyez musicien amateur, vous pourrez donc monter votre jeu d’un cran en maitrisant pleinement le langage musical !

  • Ce premier MOOC de la série portera sur l’écriture de la hauteur des sons, le nom des notes et les altérations, ainsi que sur la compréhension des intervalles, soit la relation entre deux notes.
  • Le deuxième MOOC portera sur la tonalité, la gamme majeure, les différentes gammes mineures et l’harmonie tonale.
  • Le troisième MOOC traitera de l’écriture rythmique des temps binaires et ternaires.
  • Le quatrième et dernier MOOC, (à venir) sera une synthèse de toute la théorie vue précédemment et de sa mise en pratique par la lecture et l’écriture de textes musicaux complets intégrant la mélodie et le rythme.

En espérant que cette série saura vous aider à démystifier la théorie musicale afin de vous amener à lire une partition avec autant de plaisir que vous pourriez avoir à lire un bon roman!
