Lo anterior no ha sido diferente para los equipos de trabajo. Estaban acostumbrados a tener un espacio físico en una oficina, pero ahora, se han movido a kilómetros de distancia, incluso permitiendo que el trabajo colaborativo se realice desde casa.

Es entonces, que la cabeza de equipo se pregunta: ¿cómo ejerzo liderazgo en mis equipos a distancia?

Este curso sobre E-leadership le permitirá al alumno comprender los orígenes del concepto y algunos de los principales exponentes, así como confrontar los retos de su propia formación en este tipo de liderazgo.

El alumno conocerá cuáles son los medios que intervienen en el ejercicio del E-Leadership y podrá identificar aquellos que son más relevantes en el desempeño y gestión de los equipos de trabajo a distancia.
