Es entonces, que la cabeza de equipo se pregunta: ¿cómo ejerzo liderazgo en mis equipos a distancia?

Este curso sobre E-leadership le permitirá al alumno comprender los orígenes del concepto y algunos de los principales exponentes, así como confrontar los retos de su propia formación en este tipo de liderazgo.

El alumno conocerá cuáles son los medios que intervienen en el ejercicio del E-Leadership y podrá identificar aquellos que son más relevantes en el desempeño y gestión de los equipos de trabajo a distancia.
