The Sprint Review is a crucial event within the Scrum framework, an agile methodology for developing and delivering complex products. It's a dedicated time for the Scrum Team and stakeholders to come together to inspect the work completed during a Sprint (a time-boxed period, usually two to four weeks) and collaboratively decide on the next steps. Think of it as a regular checkpoint to ensure the product is heading in the right direction and continues to deliver value.
