Education and Training
Most Equal Opportunity Officers have a bachelor's degree in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, or a related field. Some may also have a graduate degree in a related field. Equal Opportunity Officers need to be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from all levels of an organization. They also need to be able to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations.
