This is an introduction lecture with basic knowledge about the Masterswipe. After this lecture you have an idea of this kick, you know what it looks like and how you can achieve this skill. So you are ready to follow the progressions!

Let`s Go!

In this lecture you can study the Masterswipe in slow motion from all four different angles. This helps you to spot details which are very subtle and sometimes easily overlooked in the progression steps. I recommend you to revisit this lecture often because it will help you a lot in memorising the motion.

Have fun!

In this first step we repeat the Cartwheel and the Swipe. These two moves are a prerequisite for the Masterswipe and highly recommended to have before starting with this move. You learn how to approach the Masterswipe with an easy to do pre-exercise.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In the second step we transform the pre-exercise into the Masterswipe motion and jump on our hands. It requires a bit of courage but once you try you will notice that it isn`t that hard to do. Please pay good attention to your wrists and stop before the load becomes too much.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

So far we practiced quite passively and it`s time to add a little more momentum. You will notice that by adding momentum the whole motion becomes much smoother and also the landings will feel lighter. Gradually add more momentum until you have a really nice and smooth Masterswipe.

Congratulations, well done!

This is an introduction lecture with basic knowledge about the Pop 900 Kick. After this lecture you have an idea of this kick, you know what it looks like and how you can achieve this skill. So you are ready to follow the progressions!

Let`s Go!

In this lecture you can study the Pop 900 Kick in slow motion from all four different angles. This helps you to spot details which are very subtle and sometimes easily overlooked in the progression steps. I recommend you to revisit this lecture often because it will help you a lot in memorising the motion.

Have fun!

In this first step you are going to repeat the Pop 720 Kick and practice the rotation for the Pop 900 Kick. This lays the foundation to later learn the next steps easily. So please practice this step seriously.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In the second step we practice how to switch legs during the rotation and land on only one leg. Also this is an important step so please practice it well.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this lecture we are focusing on the run-up. You already know the run-up from the Pop 360 & Pop 720 Kick so it`s more or less just the connection to the 900° rotation which will be the challenge here.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this step the fun starts because we begin to extend the kicking leg. The tricky part is to finish the rotation first and then extend the leg. You are almost there.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this last step you are going to give the motion the finishing touch. We will focus on emphasising the kick and really kick actively. There are two main styles of kicking for the Pop 900 and you can choose (or learn both) between an Outside Crescent Kick and a Round Kick. And after that you can call a sharp and really powerful Pop 900 Kick your own.

Congratulations, well done!

This is a quick introduction lecture with basic knowledge about the Cheat 900 Kick. After this lecture you have an idea of this trick, what it looks like and how you can achieve this skill. Finally you are ready for learning the move by using the following progressions.

Let`s Go!

In this lecture you can study the Cheat 900 Kick in slow motion from all four different angles. This helps you to spot details which are very subtle and sometimes easily overlooked in the progression steps. I recommend you to revisit this lecture often because it will help you a lot in memorising the motion.

Have fun!

In this first step you are going to practice a pre-exercise. This exercise will help you to learn the correct steps and understand the rotation of the Cheat 900 Kick. This lays the foundation to later learn the next steps easily. So please practice this step seriously.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In the second step you are going to combine the technique of step one with momentum. By taking momentum you will also have to take a little jump. This makes you rotate really quickly around your own axis.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

You have the correct technique and the rotation. Now it is time to add the kick to the motion. You will notice that this will add more difficulty to the motion and it might be hard at first to get out that leg. Just keep at it and you will soon be able to extend and kick. And then you already have done most of the work for the Cheat 900 Kick.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this last step you are going to give the motion the finishing touch. We will focus on momentum, power, timing and tips in general. Try to apply all these to tweak your kick here and there. By doing so you can really perfect your Cheat 900 and make it a really powerful, sharp and strong kick.

Congratulations, well done!

This is a quick introduction lecture with basic knowledge about the Jacknife. After this lecture you have an idea of this trick, what it looks like and how you can achieve this skill. Finally you are ready for learning the move by using the following progressions.

Let`s Go!

In this lecture you can study the Jacknife in slow motion from all four different angles. This helps you to spot details which are very subtle and sometimes easily overlooked in the progression steps. I recommend you to revisit this lecture often because it will help you a lot in memorising the motion.

Have fun!

In the first lecture we are going to start with the 540 Kick since it is a really important prerequisite for the Jacknife. You learn how to make your 540 Kick higher and also how to use your shoulders to adjust the direction for the kick. Very important details here so please practice this step well.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this step we already start to extend the second leg for the second kick. You learn how to use your shoulders, hips and eyes (spotting the target) to execute the second kick. This step can be a difficult one but do not worry. Just keep on drilling and you will get there.

Please practice until you feel comfortable and then continue to the next step!

In this last step you learn a few tips and tricks to give your Jacknife the finishing touch. Try to apply all these tips and tweak your Jacknife until it is exactly how you want it. Also for this step please let yourself time and work on one single adjustment at a time. Doing so you will be much more efficient and your Jacknife will become a beast of a kick.

Congratulations, well done!
