Au cours de la 2e semaine, vous apprendrez à appliquer des principes de storytelling, notamment créer le début, construire le milieu et rendre la fin puissante. Vous apprendrez à trouver l'idée convaincante pour votre histoire, à la parsemer d’émotions et à utiliser des métaphores pour relier rapidement les concepts dans l'esprit des gens.

Développer des rapports et la confiance est un aspect crucial de la persuasion, en fait, il est crucial pour toute forme d'interactions humaines favorables. Souvent, cela signifie être capable de lire une situation et d'adapter l'approche en conséquence. Au cours de la 3e semaine, vous apprendrez à parler de manière authentique et à créer rapidement des rapports et à les entretenir. Les moyens permettant d’y parvenir comprennent l'utilisation d’indicateurs verbaux et non verbaux et de techniques d’adaptation et d’imitation du langage corporel et des qualités vocales de l'autre personne.
Pratiquer : Créer des impressions et avoir des conversations influentes
Les réunions de groupe peuvent créer des impressions durables, c'est pourquoi il est important qu'elles soient bien gérées. Mais, le plus souvent, ces réunions ne sont pas productives. Le stress et la tension lors des réunions sont également courants. Au cours de la 4e semaine, vous allez apprendre à diriger une conversation de groupe influente en planifiant une réunion efficace, à savoir ce qu’il faut faire et ne pas faire en réunion, à éviter la pensée de groupe et à prendre de meilleures décisions. Vous apprendrez également le pouvoir de la gestion des impressions.
Vérité douloureuse : Traiter les objections et surmonter la résistance
Toutes les conversations ne sont pas positives. Certaines sont douloureuses, mais nécessaires, notamment pour gérer les objections et surmonter la résistance. Au cours de la 5e semaine, vous allez apprendre à vous préparer à des conversations stressantes et à gérer les objections. Vous allez comprendre la nature des objections, pourquoi les gens les font, puis comment réduire leur résistance et défendre vos propositions contre ces objections.
