De que líderes as empresas precisam para a necessária condução estratégica? Para responder a estas e outras indagações, este curso discute as diferentes escolas de pensamento em liderança e faz recomendações concretas sobre como conduzir times em busca de resultados superiores.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

- Interpretar o trabalho do líder estratégico de modo mais profundo;

- Construir planos de desenvolvimento humano que levem a liderança estratégica em consideração, de modo profundo;

- Exercer melhor seu papel de liderança.

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Um dos elementos mais essenciais para a condução estratégica de uma empresa é sua liderança. Os líderes, inicialmente, devem ser aqueles que pensam suas organizações e mercado de maneira inovadora e orientada a resultados para todos os Stakeholders.

Diferentes Abordagens para se Entender Liderança

Neste módulo, antes de adentrar nos aspectos instrumentais da liderança estratégica, discute-se as diversas teorias que buscam explicá-la. O fundamento aqui é que não se pode compreender o complexo fenômeno da liderança com apenas uma ótica. A multiplicidade de abordagens é mais efetiva, especialmente tendo em vista a complexidade do ser humano.

Neste módulo, debate-se o complexo fenômeno da cultura na implementação da estratégia empresarial. Como veremos, um dos mais cruciais dos desafios que os líderes têm ao elevar suas organizações à transformação estratégica é, justamente, a mudança cultural.

O Líder na Mudança Estratégica

Ser líder, como sabido, supera o papel formal de gestor. Neste módulo, aprofunda-se o necessário papel dos líderes na transformação organizacional. Parte-se da diferenciação entre líderes autoritários e aquelas que enxergam o potencial das pessoas de modo mais pleno. Ao final, recomendações efetivas são apresentadas.
