Neste curso, você aprenderá sobre os principais modelos de estratégia de negócios como: posicionamento, competências, stakeholders, teoria dos jogos, oceano azul e redes de negócios.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

- Identificar os fundamentos dos principais modelos de estratégia de negócios e as situações apropriadas para o emprego de cada um deles;

-Entender e aplicar os fundamentos da estratégia de criação de novos mercados, oceanos azuis: conceitos, ferramentas analíticas e o processo necessário à criação de valor simultaneamente para a empresa e seus clientes.

- Aplicar várias ferramentas de estratégia empresarial, como: modelo VRIO, Matriz de Jogos Estratégicos, Mapa de Stakeholders e modelo de 5 Forças.

Este curso é composto por cinco módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Teoria dos Jogos
Este módulo se fundamenta na teoria jogos para discutir modelos de estratégia. Mais especificamente, serão apresentados e discutidos os modelos de co-opetição e da matriz de jogos estratégicos.
Rede de Negócios
Este módulo aborda o modelo de redes de negócio, que transcende o nível de análise de empresa para o supra-empresarial e a dimensão de mercado para o não mercado.
Oceano Azul
