Neste módulo, serão abordados os conceitos de gestão logística e suas principais funcionalidades. Além disso, exploraremos o escopo de atuação logística por horizontes temporais de decisão, incluindo a importância e impactos dessa gestão para empresa e para os clientes.

Planejamento Logístico

Neste módulo, serão apresentados a introdução ao planejamento logístico, incluindo longo, médio e curto prazo, permitindo uma visão das diversas camadas do planejamento logístico, sua integração com os processos da empresa e o impacto no nível de serviço prestado aos clientes.

Sistemas Logísticos

Neste módulo, será abordada a importância dos sistemas logísticos e como geram valor para as empresas. Além disso, serão apresentados os principais sistemas logísticos utilizados pelas empresas. Entre eles estão: torre de controle, otimização de transporte com roteirização, gestão da logística de “last-mile”, automação de depósito e sistema de controle de movimentação interna.

Inteligência Artificial e Internet das Coisas

Neste módulo, será abordada a introdução ao conceito de IoT - Internet das Coisas - e seu impacto em logística, e como a aplicação de inteligência artificial tem revolucionado o mercado de trabalho e os processos produtivos. Além disso, serão apresentadas as principais tecnologias utilizadas em diversos setores, dentre eles planejamento, inspeção, manutenção preditiva, armazenamento, entregas e análises.
