Great examples and good pace I learned valuable information about leadership and management, although i facilitate workshops on effective leadership and business management i found it very informative and the case studies were very useful .

I liked that it had case studies that needed working with others.

The case studies is a very positive resource to have in the course to think critically.What I didn't like: The course is excessivelly short, with only 30-40 minutes of videos per module.

The case studies are great at reinforcing the theoretical concepts.

The case study cases and the examples he used to explain were practical.

The case study activities were relevant to the material and having written assignments with peers reviewing was a nice change from just interacting with the instruc I found this course to be highly informative.

However, if there is a way that mentors from the university could also grade the case study assignments, it would be useful.

At times I found people randomly added me probably to access the case study but didn't bother to discuss.

most often i see courses like these with just theory, but this module has case study and writing exercise which help the learner apply what they learn and that way muscle memory is built and you remember the modules for a long time.

The entire course material containing the videos,the writing assignments, Quiz and case study discussions on making and implementing decisions individually and in groups and all the discussions focused on being a good leader was well structured and will help a lot at work place when leading and working with a team.

I started learning right from the opening both within Professor Northcraft's classes, modules, Coursera.

the course was great professor northcraft was excellent Excelent course for introduction to management and leadership Professor Northcraft has a great knowledge on the course and professor Loewestein and Gonçalo are always "very fresh" introducing every module content and resumes Excellent course that gets leaders in a position to be more thoughtful and effective in their roles.
