Desentrañando el modelo de doble diamante
En esta semana, aprenderá sobre otra metodología de diseño: el método Diamante Doble. El método Diamante Doble se compone de cuatro fases: la fase de descubrimiento, la fase de definición, la fase de desarrollo y la fase de entrega. Profundizaremos en cada una de estas fases para ver qué pasos tienen lugar en cada una y cómo funcionan juntas las cuatro fases y los quince pasos. Luego podrá aplicar el método Diamante Doble para mejorar el proceso de diseño.
Validando una oportunidad
En esta semana, verá cómo se utilizan el riesgo y el valor percibidos para priorizar proyectos dentro del proceso de selección de cartera para diferentes tipos de organizaciones. Considerará cómo mitigar el riesgo. Aprenderá a calcular el tamaño de su mercado direccionable a partir del tamaño total del mercado. Le presentaremos varios tipos de lienzos y le explicaremos sus usos en diferentes escenarios. Verá por qué, en algunos contextos, el lienzo esbelto funciona mejor. Finalmente, aprenderá cómo identificar una oportunidad y crear una experiencia distintiva, y descubrirá por qué es tan importante crear una experiencia distintiva.
