Por ejemplo, todos pensamos en las empresas que quieren tener una plantilla multicultural, procedente de muchos países, o aquellas que buscan empleados de distintas edades, con distinta formación e incluso con distinta personalidad o procedentes de un entorno socio-económico diferente.

Sin embargo, poco se sabe sobre la inclusión y la importancia de los directivos de actuar como líderes inclusivos. ¿Sabes cuál es la diferencia entre diversidad e inclusión? ¿Sabes cuál es la diferencia entre un directivo y un líder?

Una vez entendida la diversidad, podemos empezar a hablar de inclusión. Y no solo hay que aceptar la diversidad en las organizaciones, sino fomentarla.

¿Por qué es tan importante este tema?

  • Porque hoy en día, la diversidad es algo inevitable e imparable.
  • Porque el talento y el capital humano, es el recurso más preciado en una organización.
