Introduction au cours & Module 1 - Stratégie d'affaires I
Ce module débute par l'introduction du cours, suivie de la définition des notions de mission, vision et valeurs, et de leur rôle dans la stratégie globale de l'entreprise. Vous étudierez également le modèle VARS pour analyser les modèles économiques, et le modèle SWOT pour mieux comprendre comment la cohérence et l'alignement s'intègrent dans la stratégie d'affaires.

Module 2 - Stratégie d'affaires II
Ce module conjugue les aspects internes et externes de l'analyse stratégiques pour proposer une stratégie d'entreprise globale. Nous étudierons les deux principales « stratégies génériques » applicables par les entreprises, qui peuvent être complétées par une portée étendue ou restreinte pour induire 4 types de positionnement stratégiques clés. Nous étudierons également les stratégies doubles, et pourquoi et comment la stratégie d'une entreprise doit pouvoir s'adapter afin de renouveler son positionnement stratégique.
Module 3 - Marketing et gestion de l'innovation
Dans ce module, nous allons définir le concept de « marketing ». Nous examinerons les besoins des consommateurs ainsi que le rôle joué par le marketing dans la création de valeur via la recherche et la satisfaction des besoins en question. Nous aborderons également les différentes phases du cycle de vie d'un produit.
Module 4 - Fondamentaux de la comptabilité et mesure de la performance
Dans ce module, nous étudierons les fondamentaux de la comptabilité. Nous commencerons par les concepts clés de la comptabilité, y compris les différentes perspectives sous lesquelles peuvent être considérées la position et les performances financières d'une entreprise via ses états financiers. Ces éléments seront ensuite considérés sous une perspective non financière et selon des indicateurs non financiers.
Module 5 - Fondamentaux de l'analyse d'entreprise
Votre esprit est l'outil le plus important. Préparez-le en vous informant sur les différents termes et approches concernant les problématiques de l'analyse d'entreprise.
Module 6 - Communiquer à l'aide des données
Dans ce module, nous étudierons les bases pour devenir un bon « communicant en données » ainsi que différentes méthodes d'accès aux données. Nous examinerons également des modèles d'aide à l'analyse marketing numérique et l'importance de cette dernière dans la visualisation des données. Enfin, nous aborderons une méthode pour identifier des schémas de données via la visualisation et un modèle qui permet aux analystes de planifier efficacement la collecte, l'analyse et la visualisation des données.
