En este módulo comenzaremos a conocer el origen y los primeros conceptos del lienzo de Modelo de Negocio. Veremos los bloques de los que está compuesto, y analizaremos porqué es importante al momento de emprender.

Módulo 2: El segmento de clientes y la propuesta de valor
En este módulo nos enfocaremos en los bloques del lienzo Canvas que más impactan en el modelo de negocio. Para identificar nuestro segmento de clientes, tomaremos en cuenta algunas variables de mercado que nos ayudarán a ser más específicos y conocer mejor el perfil de los clientes; y asimismo, para definir la propuesta de valor, identificaremos los principales atributos y características de nuestro producto o servicio y buscaremos su posicionamiento en la mente de los consumidores.
Módulo 3: La relación con los clientes y los canales
En este módulo analizaremos qué tipo de relación queremos tener con nuestros clientes para su captación y fidelización, cuántos nos cuesta, y cómo influye en el desarrollo de nuestro modelo de negocio. Asimismo, veremos qué tipos de canales existen para la atención y relación con nuestros clientes, y evaluaremos la mejor alternativa para el negocio.
Módulo 4: Recursos y actividades clave desde el modelo de negocio
En este módulo analizaremos los recursos claves del negocio, los cuales permiten no sólo crear y ofrecer la propuesta de valor, sino que también permitirán llegar al público objetivo, generar las relaciones con los clientes, y finalmente obtener los ingresos. También conoceremos sobre las actividades clave, las cuales son las acciones más importantes que debe realizar un negocio para alcanzar sus objetivos, y que varían de acuerdo al sector y tipo de modelo de negocio.
Módulo 5: Los socios clave, la estructura de costes y las fuentes de ingreso
En este módulo comenzaremos conociendo las ventajas de realizar alianzas o asociaciones con empresas clave para ampliar el crecimiento del negocio, reducir riesgos y hasta costes. Asimismo, analizaremos cómo está compuesta una estructura básica de costes , y qué estrategia definir al respecto. Finalmente, veremos cómo funciona el flujo de ingresos, y qué acciones realizar para que el negocio funcione económicamente bien.
Módulo 6: Análisis Integral del Lienzo
En este módulo, a través del análisis de un caso, veremos cómo aplicar el lienzo del Modelo de Negocio para una situación o problemática real de mercado. Pasaremos por cada uno de los 9 componentes estudiados anteriormente y analizaremos de manera integral cómo esta herramienta ayuda a encontrar soluciones novedosas, y principalmente cómo ofrecerlas al mercado adecuado.
