A lot of tips and tricks of how you can get your short term rental business up and running quicker.
Few essential missing, like taxes, proper leasing contract with subletting, dealing with real problems with the guests, most important tips on decorating place are not here - there are things that are so obvious for everyone who prepared place for short term rental...
:) If you stay at airbnb's a lot or at any type of short term accommodations this is all very straightforward stuff.
This was a GREAT course that gave you direct information to apply immediately to starting and running a business in the service short term rental space.
The practitioners pretty much say that you have keep your true intentions (renting exclusively for the purpose of short term subletting) hidden so that you are not explicitly told that you cannot do that.
Defently recomend this course for someone who is interested in real estate short term rentals game.
I enjoyed the analysis that short term renters were less hard on a place than long term.
I have two properties that i do short term on now and one long term and both have some trade offs, but i have not thought anout this.

The only thing that needs to be updated is the everbook service they recommend in the training which is no longer available.
There was some good information in the videos, some a bit dated (by now everyone has heard about Uber) but it appears that the authors no longer participate in answering questions.
4 stars because they no longer respond to questions.
For example, everbooked changed their structure/pricing and is no longer a viable option for AirBnBers.
For example, Everbooked no longer offer free trials.
As a sidenote, one of the tools that gets mentioned a few times, Everbooked.com, no longer does what the coach in the video says as the platform has changed.
It's no longer $20 a month for basic, it's now $100 a month for pro, there's no more trial period and they intend to focus on market analytics instead of pricing recommendations.
David even hooked it up to a link to get 3 free months of Everbooked services BUT, the link and deal no longer exist and the only way to use Everbooked is to sign up at $100/month, which is not Davids fault, but I do think they need to update that portion of the course (Section 7 lecture 44).
The links are old and the offers no longer exists.

I already have the network to set up AirBNB Entourage Groups all across the country and your methods have streamlined the process.
I have been a host on Airbnb for about 4 years now and I've always thought of it as a side line business but this has opened my eyes to the endless opportunities that can be gained from incorporating simple things into the way I run it which effectively takes it from side line to an actual professional set up!!
