About Your Instructors:

Branden & Brian have known each other since elementary school and have since then remained friends. While both perusing a myriad of entrepreneurial ventures such as clothing brands, door-to-door sales, fitness training and wholesaling, it was only when they partnered together that they saw any true momentum. Since starting mobile home investing together, they have collectively closed 38 deals within the past 14 months and have developed a passion in helping others by sharing the system that lead to their rapid success.

A Word from Branden & Brian:

This course is special to us because we had both previously been unsuccessful with traditional wholesaling as we soon realized that we were battling for leads who already felt bombarded by other investors. We also didn't have enough money for fix and flips or rentals, and we both felt extremely discouraged. However, neither of us gave up and instead found mobile home investing, which we now consider to be the most unsaturated market in real estate. In this course, we share our methods that have been crucial to ensuring our success in this unique real estate niche. In addition to our personalized explanations, we demonstrate how to take care of business on the front end, by properly understanding lead generation and negotiation, as well as the back end, by showing you how to run simple comparables, financial analysis, and the paperwork to smoothly close your deals.
