It is called the "Wheel of Life" because each area of your life is mapped on a circle, like the spoke of a wheel.

Write Brainstorming the 6-8 areas in your life which are important to you, your primary focus areas.

Assess each life area for how happy and fulfilled you currently are in each area.

Imagine the centre of you wheel is a 0 on the happiness and fulfilment scale and the outer edge of your wheel is a 10.

questions to ask to elicit a clear description of end goal

The gap between where you want to go and where you want to be is just too wide, or maybe you’re not sure about which actions to take to get you moving towards your goal.

Eliciting the desired end goal with the help of SMARTER framework

1.First describe your end goal using.

2.Describe where you currently are

If you want to achieve a goal, you need to write it down.

Describing your goals in written form is strongly associated with goal success

Writing things down happens on two levels: external storage and encoding.

The “generation effect” which basically says individuals demonstrate better memory for material they’ve generated themselves than for material they’ve merely read.

1) Writing your goals down helps you clarify your goal

2) Writing your goals leaves no wiggle room

The more places you receive a visual reminder of your goal, the more likely you’ll be motivated to assess your progress against it and ultimately achieve it.

When you hold yourself accountable to your goals, you are communicating to the universe (and to yourself) that the goal is a priority.

1.There are plenty of apps and websites that have been created to help with accountability.

2.Anyone who could potentially judge you or become overly competitive with your progress could actually sabotage your success.
