MOOC正在给大学（包括中小学）带来深远影响，引发人们对高等教育未来的思考与展望。什么是大学？什么是文化？什么是文化人？什么是学习？本专题将对这些高等教育（乃至教育学）的基本概念展开深入讨论，并在此基础之上探讨21世纪大学变革之道。我们认为，学习方式变革是信息时代教育创新的基础和关键，在多年的探索中，我们提出了“构建生成学习论”、“绿色学习”、“太极学堂”、“大学课程教学创新系统工程模型”等一系列信息时代教育创新的新理念、新思路，将重点在本专题中与大家分享。
