In this training, we will help you understand what is AR and how it is calculated.

This training will cover the flat-file dataset. We will explain what each of the columns of data representation and the types of data you'll see in the columns. These will be the data fields you can ask your organization for.

We will show you how to take the flat-file and put it into a pivot table.

In this training, we will use our pivot table to construct a number of different AR metrics.

Now is your time to construct your own AR analysis based on either our data or your organization's data.

Write-Off Ready

In this training, we will discuss the unavoidable adjustments such as charity care, contractual adjustments, and other unavoidable adjustments.

Avoidable Adjustments

In this exercise, you'll test your knowledge of avoidable adjustments vs unavoidable adjustments.

In this training, you'll learn how to perform a root cause analysis to try and identify why a particular adjustment code is happening so frequently. This will be done by specialty.
