I go in detail on why the Expired Listing is such a great source of business for Real Estate Agents. In most markets across the nation, Expired Listings are ignored by Agents. That presents a real and profitable opportunity for any Agent willing to work with Expired Listings.

What is an Expired Listing? It can seem obvious, but there are a lot of aspects to Expired Listings and how you can benefit from working with them.

What is a Cancelled Listing? What are the differences between a Cancelled and Expired Listing? What are the differences in how you work them?

What is a Withdrawn Listing? How is it different from the previous two types of Listings?

There are several reasons why a homeowner will overprice their home. The main reason is because the previous Agent wasn't strong enough to convey the market value. In this lecture, I'll show you a simple system I use to overcome this.

Some Agents are just bad. It's like with any profession. Some people are better at it than others. It can be difficult to convince homeowners to re-list after they have had an experience with a bad Agent.

Real Estate is a marketing game. If you don't know how to properly market a listing, it will expire. It's as simple as that. In this lecture, I discuss some tips and tricks to up your marketing game so you don't succumb to poor marketing.

If the home looks like it was abandoned after the last natural disaster, it's not going to sell easily. In this lecture, I discuss some simple ways to improve the curb appeal of any house so you can get it listed and sold!

Direct mail is easy street when it comes to prospecting, but it can be expensive. Be careful with this one.
