Very often we don't feel like "I have everything done" at the end of a work day. Achieving that feeling is even more important than money!

Most of the people we know cannot enjoy theirselves because we always struggle with our tasks all the time without having control over them. It is time to put that to an end.

You know, sometimes the way is the goal. This lecture is about embracing your mistakes and that you usually never really lose time.

If you have too many tasks and are overwhelmed by this just try to give them an order. It is not about prioritization - any random order is often a lot better than no order.

You know that some people perform better in the morning and some better in the evening. But why do so many of us don't learn from that and put their most important tasks consequently into their productive hours and vice versa?

You should always look out for the „leading domino“. That is one thing or one little change that makes other tasks obsolete or makes the current task more convenient.

One of the best productivity hacks uses a simple paper wall calendar with a box for every day.

This is a very powerful technique for nasty tasks you don't want to tackle. Or for a Monday morning when everybody just cannot start work because you are to tired or can't remember which task is most important. With this technique you will start working instantly!

Sometimes you just can't start working. It may be on a Monday morning or after a good lunch. With these 3 tricks you can get back on track.

Very often we are so focused on a task that we forget what the actual goal was. What does the customer actually want? And to avoid being stuck in the details you should visualize the goal sometimes.

A surprisingly simple trick to manage timed tasks: all-day events in your calendar. They don’t block your schedule, you can drag n' drop them anytime to another day and it’s fun to delete them one you have finished a task. They make you more accountable than just an endless to do list.

Maybe you have heard of the Pomodoro Technique. I don’t use it exactly, but the idea behind it is genius. I will explain you why and how.

Another special trick using 30 minutes blocks is to cumulate them visually in a graph. It is pretty rewarding to see your graph grow over time. The advantage of cumulation is that it never goes down, only up!

If you follow a goal, usually 99% of the time you are not on track! Realize it and enjoy the ride! Important is only that you constantly steer back towards your goal.

Your brain needs to learn when it's working time and when it's time to rest. You have to work focused on tasks and reward yourself after finishing!

You know, motivation is completely overrated! It is as unreliable as a lottery game. Most of us are not aware of that, but we should count on our willpower and our methods instead.

Sometimes your boss' plans are harder than you think you can achieve. In this case it's often better to just agree and tell him you can handle it. It is like a fake but you will be surprised how good the outcomes sometimes are. Moreover it's your only chance anyway!

Sometimes it's good to think like an outside person. Consider all the crazy solutions. And if you won't to it … your boss will do it for you anyway!

It is important to practice challenging the status quo sometimes. Because most people stick to their current jobs considerably too long.

Yes, sometimes we have to reward ourselves. Very often we act like this: We accomplish an important task earlier than expected. And then we make the mistake of sitting around in the office reading emails for the rest of the day instead of actively celebrating the win.

Especially in big companies we work together in groups and those groups sometimes change when a project gets cancelled. In these cases never forget about the people you worked with.

You should never forget that all your stakeholders are human like you. So treat them like normal persons and treat yourself like a normal person. The reward will be more respect and better results.

A number one killer trick for getting results with others is to lower your own state. That means you play the stupid person which allows you to ask all the questions and lead the discussions.

Sometimes it is not a good idea to listen to the people around you. Because most of them are biased in a way that does not help you.

Yes, you should try to be honest and try to be yourself. But that does not mean you have to complain all the time. Because that will make you weak.
