Les principes de l'Excellence Opérationnelle (EO)
Grâce à ce module, vous allez être en mesure de définir l’excellence opérationnelle. Vous allez en découvrir les grands principes comme la vision et les valeurs et disposerez ensuite d’outils de déploiement d’objectifs comme le hoshin kanri.

Les méthodes d'amélioration
Ce module se concentre sur les méthodes d’amélioration. Vous y verrez les principes fondateurs de l’excellence opérationnelle comme le PDCA et le kaizen. Vous apprendrez ensuite à distinguer les méthodes de résolution de problèmes simples et complexes et à identifier les étapes de résolution de ces problèmes.
Les outils
Dans ce module, les outils fondamentaux de l’excellence opérationnelle vont vous être présentés : les 7 gaspillages, la VSM, les 5S ou encore le Juste à Temps, le Kanban et le Poka Yoke, entre autres outils classiques et spécifiques. Vous serez alors apte à reconnaître l’utilisation de ces outils dans votre environnement et à identifier les bénéfices attendus de chacun d’entre eux.
Le Management
Ce module va vous permettre d’appréhender le management de l’excellence opérationnelle en mettant en perspective le rôle du manager. Vous reconnaîtrez alors les compétences du manager de l’excellence opérationnelle au travers du Gemba Walk, du développement des compétences ou encore du management quotidien de l’excellence opérationnelle. Vous aurez alors la capacité d’identifier les facteurs de succès d’une démarche d’excellence opérationnelle.
