Here, he will share personal lessons of becoming an influential business leader who has successfully worked through some of the toughest cross-functional collaboration scenarios. These range from delivering unprecedented profits at CSX, to turning around United Airlines, to leading the negotiations between the airline industry and Federal Government during COVID-19 pandemic, just to name a few. In each of these cases, he brought people together and led with an approach that we don’t often see in business by leading with his heart. This is who Oscar is.

Join me in this course to discover how to become an inspiring and impactful leader by learning Oscar’s approach and the lessons he’s learned to become the leader he is today.
