La comunicación es un aspecto esencial para generar y estrechar la relación entre los públicos y los museos. Esta genera espacios de diálogo con las comunidades cercanas a las instituciones y permite la inclusión de nuevos públicos.

Lo que se entiende por comunicación ha evolucionado rápidamente con el acelerado avance de los medios de comunicación digitales y las redes sociales, dando espacio para la creatividad en la creación de estrategias y contenidos comunicativos. A la vez, el museo es un espacio de comunicación en sí mismo, donde se articulan varias dependencias que requieren comunicar contenido a los públicos y, de esta manera, presentan retos para los equipos de comunicación de las instituciones.

Según lo anterior, se ha creado este curso que te aportará una perspectiva innovadora a los complejos procesos de comunicación en los museos, a través de las redes sociales y los canales de comunicación digital. Asimismo, te enseñará cómo entender e interpretar las necesidades de tus públicos y a diseñar e implementar procesos de comunicación integrales, basados en las posibilidades que ofrecen los medios digitales y las narrativas transmedia. A través de herramientas metodológicas, técnicas y digitales, podrás encontrar el mejor camino para entablar un diálogo con tus públicos.

Este curso hace parte del Programa de Certificación Profesional Museología: exposiciones, públicos y comunicación digital que la Universidad del Rosario en convenio con el Museo de Arte Moderno de Bogotá (MAMBO), el cual se ha creado como respuesta a la necesidad de las personas interesadas en acercarse al quehacer museal y deseen emprender su vida laboral en el mundo de los museos.
