The course is split into four sections which are knowing what to knowing what to do on offense and defense and learning drills to improve your offensive and defensive skills. Whether you are on a offensive or a defensive possession, you will learn what to move to make in a specific scenario. Furthermore, you will learn drills that will help you make those moves efficiently in live action. In this course, you will also learn basketball terminologies. This course will consist of lectures that are about 1 hour long in total.

I will show you 30 dribbling drills that will help increase your ball handling skills. The dribbling drills are split into three segments which include stationary drills with dribbling and no dribbling and drills that require you to move with the ball.

In this lecture, I will briefly talk a little about myself and will share my goals and expectations for you.

This lecture is to briefly go over some of the basic basketball rules that you will need to be familiar with.

The triple threat position allows you to do three offensive moves with the ball: pass, dribble, and shoot. In this lecture, you will learn more about the usage of the triple threat.

There are a couple tips in helping you shoot with a fundamentally correct shooting form. In this lecture, you will learn these tips in becoming a better shooter.

Pivoting allows to move around when you have picked up your dribble. In this lecture, you will learn how to pivot correctly in a game-like scenario.

The jump stop is helpful offensive footwork that can be used at the end of a dribble, or to receive a pass and be in triple threat position. In this lecture, you will learn the importance of why the jump stop can be so useful in basketball.

There are a couple of tips that can help improve your ability to make layups. In this lecture, you will learn some of these tips.

The pump fake is used when you want to pretend you are shooting the ball by bringing the ball in a shooting motion. The pass fake is used when you want to pretend you are passing the ball by bringing the ball in a passing motion. In this lecture, you will learn how to incorporate these techniques on the basketball court.

Screens are used to help your teammates get open, and there is a proper way of setting and using them. In this lecture, you will learn how to utilize screens on the basketball court.

There are moves you can make when you do not have the ball. In this lecture, you will learn how to utilize these off-ball moves in a game-like scenario.

I will show you the fundamental way to shoot a basketball and provide 10 drills that can improve your shooting ability. These shooting drills are very basic, and anyone is capable of working on these drills on their own.

I will show you the fundamental way to make certain type of passes and provide drills to improve your passing skills. These passing drills are also basic, and you are able to work on them on your own as long as you have a target against a wall.

There are proper techniques in guarding an offensive player with the ball. In this lecture, you will learn the proper defensive techniques that will help you to become a better on-ball defender.

There are proper way to play defense when the offensive player that you are guarding does not have the ball. In this lecture, you will learn how to be a better off-ball defender.

Communication is a crucial part in playing solid team defense. In this lecture, you will learn some examples and scenarios that will show you how to communicate effectively on the basketball court.

Defense is not over until a defensive player has gotten a rebound, so it is important to know how to rebound correctly.
