The richness of remote channels, despite their advancements, does not match in-person interactions and requires certain technology interaction skills to convey the closeness that effective teamwork needs, despite the physical distance between participants.

We have structured the learning experience using digital resources, real-world examples, self-assessments by enrolled individuals, and peer feedback to provide a comprehensive 360º overview. This will enable us to create a management action plan based on the acquired skills.
