Hi. Are you having a hard time growing your YouTube Channel? Getting more views, more likes, and more subscribers?

I spent years growing my account and had the hardest time getting people to watch my videos and subscribe to my channel.

But recently I was hired by YouTube as a content marketing Consultant.

After learning the secrets from working with YouTube headquarters, I was able to rank my videos.

One of my videos was ranked number 4 in 22 hours with 1.2k views.

Another of my video was ranked number 3 in 8 Hours. With only 18 views.

And another video was, get this, ranked number 1 on YouTube in 1 hour, with no views, which was totally insane.

My subscribers grew from 0 subscribers a day to 30 a day. And I was even able to make money using YouTube’s traffic without YouTube Monetization. Bypassing their 4000 public watch hour threshold.

But it wasn’t good enough that I got results for myself. I created a simple to follow system for people who just created their channel or for YouTubers struggling to grow and get their videos seen for years.

It shouldn’t be a secret to grow on YouTube.

It’s just 3 simple steps.

1, Research what videos to make

2, Make the video

And 3, Publish and promote the video.

Simple right? So why was it so hard for me and others to grow on YouTube?

Because if don’t research the right keywords to target and rank for, you are basically creating videos that people are not searching for and your video will never be found.

If you don’t know how to script your video in a way that makes people want to start watching and continue watching, the YouTube algorithm will see you have low audience retention and won’t recommend your videos to others.

And if you just publish your video without the right SEO strategy, and without promoting it the right way. It’s like a movie premiere in the middle of nowhere. No one will know your video exist and your video will be lost forever.

My goal is to help you stop making these mistakes.

Let me show you how to do keyword research the right way, using software that were designed for YouTube Growth.

Let me show you how to script your videos so that people will not only watch your videos from start to finish but start binge watching them on your channel like how they binge watch Netflix shows.

And let me show you how to publish your videos the right way, with the right SEO secrets so that you get a burst of views and traffic as soon as you post. Getting the YouTube Algorithm to wake up and start recommending your video in the related videos section.

I already planned everything out for you. All you have to do is sit back, relax and follow along. Let me show you what is waiting for you in our YouTube growth adventure.

I’ll see you in the next episode

Need to post at least 1 video per week and that video has to be filled with good content

Need to be create video that people are searching for.. not what you like. and that is where lots of people fail and are turned off from this and even give up.

Our goal is not to get tons of subcribers. I know what you are thinking... but Jun, what are you talking about of course I want subscribers... This is a similar strategy that I use in my Instagram growth courses. Believe me it works. If you are only focused on subcribers and followers you will be working your butt off for a long time. You will seem like you are desparately trying to get subscribers, asking them to like and comement and subscirbe and tag a friend and all that. I am sure you know that doesn't work. No one is going to just do what you ask them with a good reason.

Our goal is to get your ranked. get you seen. even at the top of youtube searches. so that you get traffic. with traffic you will get likes comments and subcerbers.

Ad..

my goal is not to help you grow subscribers because it is a slow process. It will eventually happen. my goal is to help you get ranked get your video noticed by strangers, vistors asap. that is something that is much quicker.

Why is it hard to get subscribers? because the psychology of people on YOutube is different than years before. Many people are consumers.. they find a video, consume the content and just leave without liking, comment or subcribing. I am sure you do this too. You found what you were looking for you take and then you leave. So when do you decide to subcribe? when do you decide to conciously take the time to hit the subcribe button? Is when you what watch a few of the channels videos. and realize that not just one video, but many videos from a channel is good. That's when you decide, hey I wounldn't mind subscribing and seeing even more.

This is why this plan will work if you do it right:

Getting subscribers is like getting people to sign up to your email list.

To sign up to email list. you need to have a great lead mageant.

To get subscribers you need to have a great play list.

You need 3 videos. Why?

When is the last time you subscribed to anyone just by watching one video?

You are searching for a plumbing problem. You watcha tutorial. you figure out the problem and you close the video. You won't subscribe.

baking receipie problem

prbloem.

If would only subscriber if you see they have a libary of other videos you want to see to.

You need at least 3 videos to get someone to subscribe. Because they now know the consistency of your content. why do you watch tv shows? because there is a link in between them. Sure it is stand alone but there is a link. YOu need to start linkng videos.

3 video lead magnet.

This is why my goal is not aimed at getting you subcribers. my goal is to get your ranked so that more people will see your video, want to see other video of yours and then subcribe. you see that psycological journey right?

Okay. let's start getting your videos ranked!

Why are we not focusing on growing subscribers?

Because it's takes a long time to get susbceribers and it takes a long time to get paid by youtube.

In fact that's why there was a shooting at youtube head quarters.

examples of successful entrepuers that don't have a lot of subsribers.

as you can see posting on youtube in the hopes of getting subscriebrs is not the main goal. it is a by product. you will get subscribers but that's not why we are using youtube.

It's like trying to become an actor because you want the academy award.

Or trying to become a sciencets beause you want the novel prize.

If that is your only goal then you will be working your ass off for years and you may never acheive that goal.

No, we are smarter. We care about tangible results. We are not in the fame game. Fame will come but we are not on youtube to become famous. we are on youtube to make moeny. not from monetization but from the fre and organic and targeted traffic. that's what will make you money.

Interesting enough the goal of or 3 video lead magnet is not to get subscribers. Yes you will get subscribers but that's not our goal. Our goal is to keep someone watching your videos back to back so that it ranks the video, and increased the reputation of your channel, which makes the youtube algortithm give you more reach.

3 videos

see how well it does,

get it ranked

then make 9 videos because youtube needs at least 9 videos in your channel to recognize it as a spam free channel.

Then promtoe to make sure some your vidoes get at least 1000 views

then target people with ads. or promote affiliate offers.

make 5 more videos.

See how well that does.

Then create affiliate videos or videos selling your products and drive traffic to your own website. grow your email list and use the previous videos (most popular one as your lead magnet) videos are more attractive than ebooks .

Now you have the momentum to continue creating simple, short videos, the alogrithm loves you, and you grow your influence and business at the same time.

No shorter than 3 minutes. no longer than 5 minutes.

14 Value videos once a day for 14 days.

No more than 1 video per day.

The purpose is to gain trust and rank this video for this keyword. Nothing else.

research and find keywords that we can easily rank for, make those videos, promote them so that they get even more ranked. then link them to our other videos with medium competion and promote those and then rinse and repeate.

Why our success is inevitable.

I know, I know. This is a bold claim. You are probably skeptical and you have every right to be. However let me prove it to you because once you fully understand what we are doing you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.

YouTube is a library. But there are gaps in the libary. There are thousands and perhaps millions of keywords that people are searching for without answers. or answers that are not good enough.

How often do you go on youtube searching for things and don't quickly find what you are looking for? and you have to watch through a couple of We are simply answering those questions. filling in those gaps with our own books, our own videos.

Why will our videos be successful?

because first we are targeting non competitive keywords that will ensure our videos will be ranked.

We are making short and to the point videos that gives immediate satisfaction to the visitor to convice them to continue watching

And when they continue watching, a good portion of them will turn into subcribers.

Ocacially we will drive traffic out of youtube to grow our other social media accounts. And your emails list. So that we begin to own the traffic that we are getting.

Once we reached 1000 views or more on our videos, we will retarget the viewers with ads, promoting our products and services for sale.

While waiting for our channel's to grow, we can immediately capitalize on the targed traffic that we are getting by introducing them to our products and services.

we do this by 2 ways, running youtube ads and facebook ads.

When ever we run youtube ads we are growing our emails lists and google ads pixel so that we can retarget anyone who have seen our ads.
When ever we run facebook ads we are growing our youtube video with views, subscribers, and we can retarget anyone who have interacted with our facebook pages running the ads.

I hope you are getting more excited about what we are about to do.

then we will make low compeititon and low volume to drive traffic to high competition videos.

as you can see everything we do support each other.

Everything that we do has a purpose and nothing is wasted.

weekly goal do research and create 1 video per week then promote it.

Monthly goal, promote the best performing videos and ads to get it to at least 1000 views.

Then target them with ads.

This is the reason why your youtube chaneel 's content is very important. you are not just making videos for fun. because like what we talked about in our previous episode. fun doesn't pay the bills.

For example my channel used to be about fun modeling and pageant adventures that I had in the past. But guess what that doesn't pay the bills. Sure those videos are monetized but I can't make a living out of that. The major stream of income from my youtube channel are not from monetization but from the targetd traffic of people interested in my products and service.

That is why your channel should be about your products and services.

You need to write down your goals. No not just thinking about it. you need to write them down. Youtube is a exciting but serious project. you need to commit our you will never grow and see the results you want. Wiritng down your daily and weekly goals will keep you on track or you will get lazy or forget.

They say execution is everything. You may have a great idea but if your execution is bad, your idea won't get the attention it deserves. If your video idea is great but your execution is bad, your video won't be found.
So what is video execution then?

It's about coming out with a plan.

Remember I shared a secret with you directly from YouTube headquarters? How it usually takes around 3 videos or more to get a subscriber?

This means when you make a video you are not just thinking about the video by itself. You are thinking about how it relates to your other videos. What will be the next video that comes after this one?

viral means something different to different people and channels.

Viral to the general public means hey look a this funny video millions of views. hey look at this cool video millions of views.

Viral to a video channel means a video that is driving the most traffic, the higest ranked. That could be million of views like the vilolin girl, 100 thousand views like the... 10 thousand view like my video,, or a few hundred.

So once again, please don't chance after vanity. viral doesn't have to be millions of views. it just means the most popular on your channel right now. this month. if you constantly compare yourself to big youtubers, you are going to die tired. I am serious.

Is it shareable?

Is it helpful and entertaining? Needs to be both

Evergreen, will this still work a year later?

Consistency? Can your viewers count on you to keep coming out with new videos? 1 per week.

Get a post it and each postit is a video. it will remind you you need to do a video per week and remind you what to say. Why do I not suggest writing down on your notebook? Because first the post it is clear, you need to do 1 video 2 postit 2 videos. and second you have a small space to write your 5 min video down. If you need more space, you are doing too much. in the beginning you sihould be making short videos.

first of all we are not making videos just for fun. we don't post funny cat videos just to get views. remember views from youtube are not worth anything from youtube. it is only worth it if its targeted. you should post video related to your business

not just a funny cat video, or a prank video... because that's

we are researching for keywords that people are actually typing in.

business path or influencer path

You can have the best video in the world but if you don't use the right words or comeptitive words, you won't be found.

so keywords are so important. we make videos based on the keywords that peolpe are searching for. we are basically answering questions that people are asking. don't answer questions that aren't being asked. that is the fastest way to lose your focus and your motivation.  we simply asnwer it quicker than anyone else..

We are going to create 5 videos see how they do, then 5 more then how they do and 5 more.

Why are we doing this? This is the quickest way to not only rank your videos for their content and keywords, but to show Youtube the algorithm that you have authority, that people actually like your stuff.

And finally these videos will be your lead magnetest once you start selling products. You may already have products or affiliate products to sell whihc is great. Or you may not have anyhting to sell yet. But when you create a video that is short stright to the point and deilvers what it promoises. It is a extremely valuable. It builds trust instantly and you can use it over and over again to get new subscribers and new customers.

long videos. people with big channels give this advice all the time. make long videos. make people watch. It works for them but for smaller channels? It is a sure way to kill your channel. you have to earn the privilage to take up someone's time. If I started this course with a long 30 min video. would you watch it entirely? Probably not. you don't trust me yet. and if I am a little boring you will hit the skip button and move on to another episode or worse, the back button.

the biggest problem is doing more than you need to. Interesting enough I am aksing you to do less. 5 min video. not 10min. easy right? Actually no. Your intuition is to give more and it makes sense, you are talking about something you are interested in after all.

1 not getting to the point

2 speaking too slow

3 asking for like and subscribe all the time

4 no hook. You have to make it relevant.

5 no story. you have to make it memorable. you can list things and no one will remember or even care.. but if you tell a story about it...

Remember, youtube is a libary. an encylcopedia, a dictionary. Someone is trying to find something give it to them as fast as possible and stop.

Do not constantly ask for like and subscribe. Especially when your channel is new or small, it gets annoying. If you have good content people will naturally do it. It hinders the video content message. You want to get straight to the point remember? Many channels don't so if you do, you will naturally stand out.

One of the best way to remind people to subscribe is to do a subscribe animation and notification in the middle of the video right after you given out a golden nugget, said something cool, or said something funny. That reforiceces why someone would want to subscribe.

Also don't have a 10 sec branding intro. What is a branding intro it is this.

In the beginning if you have this, it is just a waste of time, it's you trying to show off your brand and sadly, people don't care about it. And if all your video has this it just gets annoying and turn people off. So many people are doing this. It it makes sense, they want to appear like they own a professional company, but its more of a ego boost. If you are successful, people can tell from the content that you share, the examples that you share, the success and failures that you share. Adding a branding intro in the beginning is like you forcing your brand down the their thorat.

Can you imagine if you were trying to find a definition of a word and you open up the dictionary and before they tell you the definitiion, the book will tell you how long their dictionary has been in business, how many people they have served and bla bla bla..

A big mistake that many beginner youtubers do is give too much. And when you give too much there is a tenancy to ramble and repeat and not get to the put. it overwhelms and confuses the viewer. Remember it's all about speed and delivering exactly what they want and pushing them to watch the next video.

It's like someone came to your store asking for a coke. you give them the option of cherry coke, lime coke, coke zero,...and you start talking about how awesome each of the taste are. they will be conused. hestitate and leave your store. In which case hit the back button and leave your video and leave your channel. Don't do that. Give them exactly what they want and push them to the next coke...

DO NOT LINK them to product videos or affiliate product videos. We want youtube to think that we are only giving value not trying to push products. If you start linking to your products or sales pages and such that takes them out of youtube. youtube will think you are trying to use their platform for selfish reasons and will never rank your videos. So please be careful. Only give value in the beginning.

I also cannot take credit for this secret. Because I learned it from someone very special in my life. Let me first share with you what the secret is and I'll tell you who I learned it from.

Ask a interesting question and then reveal it at the end of the video.

I learned this from my mom who is a college professor. Every semester she would have some students just waiting to leave at the end of the class. They pack up... TO avoid this... she would start her class with an interesting question. then students at the end of the class would not leave until they heard the answer. That is how you know you asked a good question. If your viewers leave without hearing your answer, then your question is not an interesting one. This is why sometimes my mom plays a trick on her students. she doesn't tell the answer and just end class. Sometimes the students won't leave until they hear the answer. And sometimes they leave because they didn't care about the answer and didn't notice that my mom didn't answer her question.

This works for your videos to. And that is the hook.

this is why we start with the keywords and then the hook. the secret thtat they will learn from our short video.

here are some examples.

however, this only works if you stay on topic, if you wonder and start rambing or repeating yourself, people will skip. If you start talking about other things not related to the question you asked, people will either skip to the end or just stop watching your video.

if you are going to side track for any reason, you need to tell the viewer. I am going to answer the question but first I need to show you this becaus that will help you understand...

1/3 rule.

better to make a 5 min video seen only 1min. then a 10min video seen 1 min.

also don't link to another video within the first 1/3 of the video...

I don't know why youtube have a 1/3 rule. I don't why it's 1/3 and not 1/4. Maybe they look at videos like a movie. a 3 act movie. a begining middle end. But in any case be contious of this 1/3 rule.

concept example elaboration

You already have the hook, this will greatly increase their chances of watching your video to the end. but it is not gurantted.

Because if you side track, you may lose the auience. how do you now that you got their attention, how do you keep it?

Story. that is the only thing that will make viewers remember you, what you said. Because stories is the quickest way to make people feel something.

People may forget the specific strategies you are sharing but they won't forget how you made them feel. Motivated, inspired, surprised, sad....

Because Stories are relatable.

audience retention. is so imporant you see your youtube analytics? they even have a spefic metric that tells you which video has high audience and when in yiur video where it keeps people's attention.

story examples.

Facts, strategy, tactics, tips, tricks, hacks, secrets... you name it. Is lifeless. Story brings them to life. Give them a certain perspective. Gives them meaning and context that is easily absorbed.... when they absorbe it, they rememebr, when they remember, they subscribe, when they subscribe they continue to watch it, when they continue to watch it, they become your fans and buy your stuff.

If you watch closely your favorite youtube stars use 4 startegies when telling stories. why? Because it's the quickest way to stir emotions and connect with their followers.

  • Your struggle, failure, embarrassed , that's related to the keywords. Don't do is just to do it, but actually share something that is real. People can tell if you are making something up just to appear down to earth. Redemption

  • Your step my step example or case study of getting the results. (if you just share result, no one will believe you. You need to earn their trust with stories) Before and after/ testiminoals

  • A story of someone, something famous and explain how they did it. New Opportunity

  • Opinionated. That a stand find your competing ideas, products and explian why you don't like it. Why I like tailwind and not later. Why I like tap link and not link tree, why I like youtube and not facebook, why I like instagram and not blogging... us vs them

You need conflict in your stories.

one of the things I did with the team at google was to analyze audience retention and subscribing. This was one of the reason why I was hired as a consultatnt in YOutube. I was creating content on instagram for apple, barcadi, zoom, ... and so one and they were hiringg influencers to figure out just what we were doing. And then we looked at the many vviral videos that were getting lots of views past the 1/3 mark and which video got the most subscribes and here is an example. doom video game at 4:06, drop a value bomb and then indirectly ask for the sub

The subscribe animation also happens around the 1/3 or 1/2 of your video.

at the end of your video as you are pusing the viewer to the next video you tell them to quickly subscribe.

whoever watches your video in the future will never feel annoyed whenever you ask them to subscribe because first, substling do it right after a value bomb. and second, you give a specific reason for them to subscribe so that they can see your next specific video.

do a quick adobe green screen tutorial.

  1. Start with saying the keyword - YouTube have a voice recognition software.

  2. In a moment I'm going to show you... keyword and bonus keyword (hook). In a moment I will show you how to lose weight fast and I am even going to show you how to do it without giving up your favorite foods. The Hook keeps them watching to the end of the video. Hook can also be a common objection related to the keyword.  The year can also be a hook, but just keep in mind it will be dated and you will have to do another update a year later.

  3. Main Content ( just talk about 1 thing. What you video is about plus the hook) Don't overload with info.

  4. Questions comments? Let me know have you tried this before, you will answer in the comment section. Needs to be a specific question that makes them comment. Don't just ask for a comment. No one will comment. (To encourage engagement)

  5. Subscribe and next video. In the next video I'm going to show you how... (next keyword) then paste your next video Card. If you ask for the subscribe in the beginning no one will. If you talk about your company, people who heard the content got the secrets will leave. But if you tell them to subscribe BECAUSE there's a new video coming related to this content, more people will do it. "so if you like this video, subscribe and hit the bell to be notified because I got some more _____ videos coming up very shortly that will cover more of this in greater detail. Don't drag out the end, people will just leave after they heard the gold.

10 sec Intro with Keyword

20 sec Overview with hook

4 min content

20 sec comments questions?

10 sec Next Video Intro

why 10 sec? because you literally have to say those words in the beginning of your video for YouTube to recoginize your video is about this keyword and you are trying to rank for that keyword.

Why is the hook 20 sec and no more? Because your content needs to happen within 30 seconds of starting your video. the sooner the better.

why 3 min? 3 min is long enough to give out your secret. if you are taking longer, you are either rambling or have too much to say.

why

Don't make a 10 min video when 5 min will do the job. When your channel is new, making long videos will hurt your channel. remember the 1/3 rule?

I can't stress short videos enogh. it will keep the person wanting to watch more. and go on to the next video. It will keep your video stright to the point, giving your viewer exactly want they need with immediate satisfaction, it's a low risk project. if you spend an entire day or god forbid an entire week making a 30 min video.you don't know it will do well or not do you? You are testing the waters to see if people care about the question you are answering.

Remember you script should only be 5 pages long. if it is longer... you are probably doing too much. Don't make a 10 min video when 5 min will do the job. When your channel is new, making long videos will hurt your channel. remember?

Keyword in intro. In a momement I will show you... hook.   hook is like your lead magnet. It should be something that you audience really want. Nobody wants something just because it's free. It has to be valuable or percieved to be valuable for someone to click for someone to opt in.  for affiliates, it's buy this with my link and get a free bonus, a free course, a free guide, a free consulatation, a free.... It makes them want to actually buy from you.

why so many things? fertilizer. what is ads? green house

BEFORE UPLOAD

  1. Make sure name of video file has the keywords of your video Very specific keywords. Don't target too many keywords. Then open up properties and add keywords to tags.

  2. Make sure your thumbnail photo has your keyword. Also go in properties and put the keyword in the tags of the photo.

    WHILE UPLOAD

  3. Make sure Title of Video has keywords first and then Hook ( katra review plus free google traffic system. lose 10 lbs without cutting out your favorite foods). Capitalize each word so it looks like a neat title. Hook can be as simple as MUST SEE. Before your buy... Watch this before you buy... SCAM, Don't buy....or a common objection.

  4. Copy and paste the highlights of your script that you have written for your video and paste them in the description. (include keyword but don't over do it. More than 2 times, and youtube will think it is spamming.

  5. Link to your other videos, your channel, other videos that has high engagement. No one will click on it but you want to tell the youtube algorithm that you are keeping viewers on the youtube platform. You are also linking to other popular videos to show you are related

  6. Do not link to outside of YouTube.

  7. Put 3 hashtags in description.

  8. Put keyword in tags. ONLY ONE as not to confuse Youtube. In the future you can add more but in the begginning, make it super clear what you want youtube to rank for.

  9. You can also share on Twitter if you have one.

If you want to spend a little money and have fiverr franlancers create backlinks to your videos you can prepare for that. If not you can skip step 1. This is important, do not buy views! It will hurt your video. People who were paid to view your video will only view it for a second which will regiester as a view and they will stop. if you pay for a thousand views, youtube will think wait.. a thousand people viewed your video for 5 seconds and stoped. you must have a bad video. And they will mark your video as crap!

  1. As soon as your video is published, contact fiverr free lancers and give them your link so that they can create some backlinks for your video. remember, Do not buy views!

  2. In the description, put in the link of this video. you may be wondering what? why? redundatnt. Is is for if someone likes and embeds your video on a website, by you adding the link of this exact video in the description it will act as an extra link.

  3. add to play list because once your video ends, you want to convince the viewer to continue watching and easily transition to the next video. Creating a play list also allows viewers to easily continue and consume large amounts of your video at one time, not making them search around your channel for the next related video. Few will do that. Playlists also rank on YouTube so make sure to use keywords that describe the playlist you are creating or adding your videos to.

  4. Like your own video.

  5. Open this video in another window, turn off the sound, and have it play from start to finish a few times. This sends the initial information to the algortihm that someone is watching your video completely, without leaving or skipping. Do this in the background while you continue with the list of the items in this check list. You can open 5 tabs, each playing the video through. Don't over do it or google is wondering why are you continue to watch your own video and punish you for it.

  6. Share it on social media, facebook, facebook group/ facebook page, twitter, instagram story, reddit (works for answering someone question, Quora answering someone's question, Tumbler, Pinterest etc.

  7. Write a short broadcast/newsletter email and send it to your list. Almost all if not all youtube stars in the entrepuer niche do this. Why, because they know the imporance of having an email list. This is really powerful because you are sending traffic to youtube and they love that. If you don't have a list or want to know how to write the email, I have a template for you. Check out my email marketing course for more info. Embedded

  8. Embed on your website/blog with it's keyword and then play it through once. This will tell Youtube that someone from outside of youtube is watching your video. If you are using the fiverr backlink strategy you will get more embedded link authority.

  9. Add a card in your video that directs them to another of your video on YouTube that's related to the topic. IMPORTANT. ADD these cards towards the end, or at least past 30% of your video. if you do it before 30% and people click on the card, it sends a a signal to youtube that people are not as engaged to this video since people are leaving it. No you want them to stay, so avoid putting links until after 30% or towards the end of the videos.

  10. Add up to 2 end screens to relevant video, one of the video should be the next video spoken about in your outro. You can also consider adding a card asking for them to subscribe. However don't give them more than 2 choices.

  11. Add this video's keyword and link into the description of all your past videos that's related. So everything is connected. You can select them all and just add that description to the end.!!!!!! all at once!!!!

remember to show them the 3 ranked videos examples again and remind them how important it is to do these steps.

there are so many things to do so how can you remember it all?

I did a virtual presentation to a group of entrepuers teaching this concept of organic vs paid traffic. and explained why you are supposed to do both. If you are taking the content that you create seriously, you firmly believe you are giving real value, you would invest in your self and your company.

my mentor once asked me are you willing to put money behind your videos?

growing on youtube is slow,

getting views is slow,

to speed up the process we run ads. but don't be afraid we are going to do it so effectively that every penny you spend is not wasted.

Do you know what amaterus do? They buy views, they buy likes, they buy... it;s actually the worst thing you can do  because

first you are getting views from people who don't care about your videos. that's why you can't build a community, or sell them stuff later on.

Second, they don't even watch your video through, which makes youtube think you have a bad video. that is if you don't get caught buying fake views, which youtube will take a way. that's right, if you tube figure out your views are fake or your likes are fake, they will take them away.

this is like when instagram figured out that people were buying followers. they started to cut down and some so called influencers lost thousands of followers in a night. that's not only harmful to your account but also really embarassing.

so we use our money effectively, show our videos to people who want watch them and as a result, grow our views the correct way.

even though the goal of the course is not just monetization, it is a nice side benefit, becuase you wil get your 4000 hours of watch

time.

why we run facebook ads first. it's faster to setup and brings youtube's cometer traffic to youtube. but is a little bit more expensive. that's why we are only doing it to get for the inital video boost.

why we run youtueb ads second. it takes a while to create sevearl playlist making people want to subscribe. takes time to setup but is cheaper

also don't forget we are also this allow us to do retargeting later..

If you have watched my facebook ads vs youtube ads video, you'll know facebook ads excels at interest. showing ads to peopple on facebook base don their interst.

Facebook ads works fast. at the most a day before it runs.

Facebook page gets very little engagement without paying for the boost.

fivver ads are slow, you need to order it. it may take the seller around 3 days to a week to complete. and because they are backlinks, you won't feel the effect until weeks if not a month later. This is why I only recommend doing backlinks for your videos that you are confident in providing vlaue and you can know that by how many people interact with your youtube video. if you have a lot of clicks and likes adn comments, then it's a safe bet that you want to furhter help this video to grow and beocme even more viral. That's why you won't buy backlinks for every video you do. But if you wanted to, I wanted to give oyu some pointers so you'll know just how to do it.

Youtube ads is a little bit more complicated to setup. So much so that I created an entire new course teaching you all the ins and outs of running youtube ads not just to promote your videos but to sell your products and grow your email list. It’s titled easy youtube ads. You can check that course out if your primary focus is to make money promoting your business and sell products.

However, in the interest of getting you up to speed so you can get your videos prmoteed. I created a bonus week, a mini course that shows you how to setup your google ads accounts, giving you the bare essentials, exactly what you need to start promtoeing you video as fast as possible.

the video your promote with youtube ads should have a brand video but it should be diguised as a testimonal segment. that get's strangers to immediately see you as an auothrity figure.

Brand video directly promotes yourself. testimonial segment directly promtoes the success of your students/cients/ viewers while indirectly promotes you.

Why do we run youtube ads and why do we do it right now after we run facebook ads.

Because we need 1000 views before we can target each individual people who watched your videos.

And we need your channel to be polisehd with lots of playlists before we start paying for traffic.

If a person came over and saw that you only have a couple of videos. they will not likely be willing to subscribe and that youtube ads money would have been wasted.

Don't forget, your goal is to get 1000 views per video. Why? Not because you can montetize it because you are target these people with your ads.

So if you have one video that is close to 1000 views, run a facebook ad campaign get that 1000 views and start running ads to them.

If you have watched my facebook ads vs youtube ads video, you'll know facebook ads excels at interest. showing ads to peopple on facebook base don their interst.

and youtube ads excels at intent, show people the moment they are searching for soemthing.

because of this youtube ads takes ahile to get going. because you are only displaying your ad the moment they are searching for it. So if nooen is searching for that content today, your ad won't run today.

there are 3 main ways to target people with youtube ads. keywords placements and topics. the most effecient use of your money will be spent on targeting keywords.

In the future you can add affiliate links. Then you want to add the affiliate disclamer.

You can also boost post on your Facebook Page for $5 or $10. this is what the some youtube star do secretly.
