  2. Want to lose weight - this is the one of the most common category and it has been popularized by some of the celebrities.
  3. Gluten Intolerance - this is mainly driven by the medical professionals.

As you know humans in that era got their nutrition from a diet based on the wild veggies, fruits, plants and animals.

Many Researchers and Experts claim that humans are genetically wired for the same food what our ancestors were eating. While the modern technological advancements have changed our food habits a lot, our body has not adapted to the modern diet system. Some experts believe that most of the health challenges are due to the modern diet system. And obesity is one of the most common one and responsible for many health challenges.
