This course will teach you how to use the lean portfolio layer of the framework to leverage the unique value that is created by aligning all value streams that exist in your organization.

Once an agile organization reaches a certain size, there is a lot of value to be gained by aligning the different value streams in the organization. In this course, Managing the Delivery Portfolio, you will gain the ability to organize the portfolio layer in your agile organization.
