Devido ao conjunto de estereótipos que mantemos sobre diferentes grupos a partir de situações e experiências que vivenciamos ao longo da vida, muitas vezes, as pessoas não tornam seus espaços mais inclusivos e equitativos. Por isso, busca-se compreender os fenômenos dos vieses para atuar de maneira afirmativa e provocativa.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de construir uma visão mais consciente e crítica sobre nossas atitudes e comportamentos relacionados a gênero.

Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

Dado que os vieses inconscientes podem ser um grande obstáculo para a equidade de gênero, objetiva-se esclarecer como o fenômeno ocorre nos diferentes contextos, assim como identificar as possíveis ações para praticar e evitar que os vieses impeçam o desenvolvimento das mulheres.
Comportamentos e Atitudes Relacionados aos Vieses Inconscientes
Neste módulo, os comportamentos provocados pelos vieses inconscientes serão evidenciados, com o objetivo de ensinar os sinais e sensibilizar para o tema, já que os vieses de gênero ocorrem a todo o momento e podem ser amenizados.
