Your facilitator, Bestselling  and Highest Rated tutor Tom Llewellyn has 20 years of experience within the realms of meditation, buddhism (over 12 years experience as a practising Buddhist), lucid dreaming, and astral projection. Here we will explore the famous first teaching of the Buddha, which tradition says was the first teaching he have after his Enlightnment experience under the Bodhi Tree.

In this video we will explore a fundamental perspective that is found in Buddhism of the nature of Samsara (conditoned existence) and the nature of Nirvana (the unconditoned-ultimate spirutal freedom). 

Here in this video we will explore what especially in Tibetan Buddhism are called the three vehicles of teachings. Or the three turning of the wheel of the Buddha Dharma, the Hinayana, Mahayana and the Vajrayana.
