Organisations that are employee centric are interested in how employees view, hear, believe, and feel about all aspects of their work life. It Employee experience can be differentiated with Employee Engagement in that Employee Engagement refers to an employee's emotional commitment to work, the organization, and its goals. To draw a distinction between the two; employee engagement is a continuous component of the employee experience whereas employee experience refers to an employee's journey with the organization.
