This course will teach you all the tools, techniques, and the required mindset to analyze and communicate all aspects regarding the product you are developing.

As product owners, we are the link between the business and the development organization, and this role requires us to know every aspect of our product inside-out. In this course, Understanding Your Product, you will learn all the required skills to analyze and communicate all aspects regarding the product you are developing. First, you will look at the agile mindset that is required to make an objective analysis of all facets of your product. Second, you will focus on identifying and managing stakeholders. Finally, you will explore how to identify value and effectively communicate that with stakeholders of the product. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge to identify and analyze all aspects of your product, which are some of the core skills of an effective product owner.

This course is designed for anyone who is looking to improve their knowledge and skills to identify all relevant aspects of product development with their team or teams.

Objective analysis is the process of interpolating data from irregularly spaced locations to a fixed grid. In addition to simply gridding unevenly-spaced data, objective analysis can filter data.

Stakeholder management is the process of maintaining good relationships with the people who have most impact on your work. Communicating with each one in the right way can play a vital part in keeping them "on board.”

Stakeholder identification is a continuous process during the entire project life cycle. Identifying them, understanding their level of effect on a project, and satisfying their demands, needs, and expectations is essential for the success of the project.

Product development is the complete process of delivering a new product or improving an existing one for customers. Every stage of product development requires a strategy to be successful and generate revenue for a business.
