Buckwheat is a favorite grain for making burgers, because it cooks quickly and has a great shape and texture for burgers. If you can't find it, though, this recipe is just as nice made with millet or short-grain brown rice.

These burgers have a wonderful texture from chickpeas, and a rich flavor with sweet and savory. They are excellent topped with sliced pickles.

These burgers are based on chickpeas, which have a perfect texture for burgers. I'll show you the right ratio of ingredients to put together to make perfect burgers every time – plus some tips on saving time.

These are the easiest option for making a veggie burger, and are a fantastic choice to take to a last minute BBQ. You may get some meat eaters interested, so take some extras!

Who says veggie burgers have to be made of beans? This was inspired by bubble and squeak patties, and would be perfect for brunch or dinner.
