Diving Deeper into Talent Management Practices
This module continues the deep dive examining an organization's talent management practices, starting with profiling: how do we know where we are in the process of strategic workflow planning? Only when we know the current state can we proceed to plan for the future.
Putting Talent Management Into Action
This module focuses on the actions you can take as a leader to manage your talent pipeline. Beginning with gap analysis, you will learn about action planning, wrapping up the module with a lesson on virtual global teams.
