En este curso en línea aprenderás algunos conocimientos básicos sobre el "mundo afectivo" que te permitirán entender mejor cómo funcionan tus emociones y sentimientos y los de los demás, de forma que puedas conocerte más y mejor desde el punto de vista emocional.

Verás de qué manera el conocimiento de tus propias emociones y las de los otros, junto con una buena regulación emocional, pueden convertirse en tus mejores aliados para los contactos sociales en el ámbito profesional.

Conocerás pautas y técnicas muy fáciles de poner en práctica, que te ayudarán a gestionar eficazmente tu mundo afectivo. Todo esto lo trabajaremos a partir de situaciones cotidianas del ámbito educativo, en las que ilustraremos cómo puedes utilizarlas adecuadamente.

Por último, profundizaremos en qué sucede con las emociones cuando surgen conflictos en el trabajo, desarrollando algunas habilidades sociales básicas muy útiles en estas situaciones y gestionando tus vivencias emocionales para evitar la escalación del conflicto y lograr su reformulación de forma positiva.

Al final de este curso para docentes y futuros docentes, serás capaz de colaborar en la creación de entornos laborales más agradables y saludables para tu propio beneficio y el de las personas con quienes trabajas.
