Iniciaremos nuestro viaje analizando el rol de la tecnología en los negocios y los nuevos modelos basaos en tecnología, conseguirás los elementos necesarios para generar un plan estratégico para la transformación digital y comprender su impacto en las cadenas de suministro, conocerás el concepto de omnicanalidad y podrás así medir el alcance real de una transformación digital.
