Business analysts are responsible for identifying and defining business needs, and translating those needs into technical requirements that can be implemented by IT teams. They work with stakeholders across the organization to gather information, analyze data, and develop recommendations for how to improve business processes. Business analysts play a vital role in ensuring that IT projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Skills and Knowledge
Business analysts need a strong understanding of both business and technology. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they need to be able to work effectively with people from all levels of the organization. Education and Training
