También se propondrá el empleo del concepto de áreas de efectividad y orientación a resultados, que facilitará la definición de objetivos específicos y cuantificables para planear estratégicamente nuestra negociación con el empleo del establecimiento de los máximos aceptables y mínimos que cada propuesta de solución presenta para un manejo efectivo de las concesiones, intercambios y toma de decisiones, con el fin de lograr acuerdos compartidos. Finalmente se establecerá una visión futura de creación de valor, sobre el acuerdo para continuar en el tiempo obteniendo beneficios compartidos.

En este curso se presentarán para su análisis y aplicación las habilidades, estrategias y herramientas que en materia de negociación permiten analizar la situación y el estilo de actuación más efectivo para tomar decisiones, presentar propuestas de solución y concesiones para dirigir el rumbo de la negociación con credibilidad, equidad y justicia, para llegar a los acuerdos que a ambas partes benefician.

Técnicas de negociación
En este módulo se analizará cómo negocian otras culturas y las diferencias contra nuestro modelo de negociación y de las ventajas de iniciar con niveles de aspiración altos, así como la precauciones a tomar cuando se trate de negociaciones rápidas y de cómo obtener posibles ventajas en las negociaciones competitivas o argumentativas y de las sugerencias para realizar esto, concluyendo con un análisis de las fuentes de poder que pueden emplearse en las negociaciones.
Guías prácticas de negociación
En este módulo se analizan las prácticas empleadas por las costumbres en el tiempo que se han generalizado al negociar. Iniciaremos con la forma en que se pueden hacer las concesiones y las prácticas que condicionan una negociación y de la presión ejercida por varias cotizaciones, el regateo y el alza de precios injustificada y de cómo podemos manejar y resolver un estancamiento al negociar.
Estrategias de negociación
Las estrategias orientan a una negociación al éxito o a la creación de valor sostenido en el futuro, de acuerdo a la vida probable del acuerdo alcanzado. Iniciemos con implantar una negociación orientada a resultados y de aplicar la tecnología de la planeación estratégica para generar una visión, misión y estrategias que permitan sostener la creación de valor en a futuro, definiendo las fuerzas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas y del análisis de estos cuatro elementos en una matriz denominada cruzada, que permite generar estrategias efectivas.
