last song in this section is called A Good Kiss, sang by Hadise, in which we will have fun working our hips and getting the cardio levels higher.
In this section of the BellyCore fitness class we will take a tour around the world, starting with the African beats in the song called Kidogo by Diamond Platnumz and P Square on which we will focus on our hips and deep core muscles in the abdomen and back.
Next we will go to Colombia in South America and feel sexy in full body rolls and waves, engaging the core on the song called X by Nicky Jam and J Balvin.
Then, we will get our fast cardio salsa groove on with Ricky Martin on his song called Pegate (MTV Unplugged Version).
