Este curso se enfoca en la necesidad de las compañías para entregar sus productos en manos del consumidor digital que adquiere bienes y servicios en sitios web y que es aún más exigente que el que va personalmente a las tiendas o grandes superficies de venta.

La omnicanalidad presupone grandes desafíos en materia logística para las organizaciones porque permite acompasar o alinear la explosiva y creciente demanda con los procesos logísticos acordes y útiles para dicha necesidad de nuestros clientes; en ese sentido muchos procesos aquí tienen un rol protagónico: el transporte, el almacenamiento, la última milla, esa entrega de calidad a tiempo completo y oportuna que queremos darles a nuestros clientes. En este sentido, desde que un producto se recoge en su origen, bien sea en el industrial, en el centro de distribución, etc., hasta que llega a ese consumidor final, pues tenemos múltiples desafíos en ellos la idea es, por supuesto, que de manera coordinada podemos responder en esta red de valor con altos estándares de eficiencia.
